what do i need to do to start a womens only self defense course?

me and my Boyfriend (army soldier trained in every martial art you can imagine) are thinking about starting a womens only self defence/ mma school. How do we first go about doing this? do we need insurance? how much roughly will it cost? and any information at all would be superb. thanks

    You probably need insurance to rent the space. NO idea how much the space rental will cost. NO idea how much "stuff" you’ll have to insure.

    Plan on a start up budget of at least $5,000, unless you can teach classes at your local Y.
