As a long time Tang Soo Do and Tae Kwon do practitioner (and someone who struggles with remember all the forms) I found these DVD’s to be a huge help in my training. It’s extremely easy to navigate the menu’s and the material presented is superb. Well worth the price to have instant access to all my required forms. The forms all look crisp and it’s easy to follow along step by step. Even if you know your forms well, this DVD is a must have as a refresher course. It’s great just to watch and see the forms done so well! I got both DVD’s and I’m very happy.

I am a 2nd Dan practitioner of the Moo Sool Do system and an instructor of children and adults. This DVD has proven an excellent reference when I want to check on fine details for forms. We study both Tae Kwon Do and Tang Soo Do forms so there is a lot to keep track of. I have found that the best way to find information on a form when there are no masters present is to stick in the DVD and simply choose the form I want from the menu. This DVD works much better than reference guides I have in book form because you can see every movement and transition easily. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to purchase a DVD of Tae Kwon Do poomse.

If you are just reviewing or learning forms, these videos Tae Kwon Do: A Visual Guide to Forms and Tang Soo Do: A Visual Guide to Forms are an excellent resource. I have never seen forms preformed with this level of precision. I love the fact that Kevin executes each form with a slow motion option and from different view points. If you are a white belt or a 7th Dan all can benefit from these DVD’s. Thank You Kevin Nilson!

I cannot recommend this video highly enough for anyone studying USATaekwondo forms. This video is professionally produced, and shows the forms from all angles.
