This belt looks very nice and shiny, but is a little stiff in the beginning.

I have purchased two sets of these belts over the last month. The first order received was of a high quality belt, well stitched and finished. The belt was firm and slighty stiff as it should be. A good quality belt all round.
I then ordered a second set of the same belts but at a larger size. These belts where not of the same quality, in particular the finishing of the belt ends was poor. The belts seemed to have come from a longer strip and had been cut to size and heat sealed. The weight and firmness of the belts was also less then the first order. While adequate these belts where disappointing when compared to the first shipment.

I have purchased several of these and found them to be very durable. There are eight rows of stitching running the length of the belt and the ends are double stitched. I found the stitching near the ends of all the belts to be a little sloppy, but you really have to look close to see this. They are a little stiff, but that gives me a feeling that they would last over the long haul. After hundreds of times of being tied and untied, it is not easy to tell where the wear spot is from the knot. As far as fading, my belts are still as brightly colored as the day I purchased them, but I don’t wash them either. I only put my belt on right before practice and then put it back in my bag after practice.
You’ll advance to the next belt before you wear one of these out. A good durable belt and a good value at around $5. 00.
