Okay so i’m well expierenced in martial arts but i was wondering what to buy to get my kicks to be FASTER and STRONGER. I was looking at dicks sporting goods and they had the thight weights that strap on, or the ankle weights. Please help me decide which one of these weights will help me strike harder and quicker.

This is really disturbing.The Aztec were a warloving militaristic people.Now I know that recently more people are being exposed to nonAsian martial art such as Greek Pankration.However,almost noone seems to associate martial art with the Aztec or even bother trying to research them in Archiological sights!Its disturbing how no historian and Archiologist discovere any manuscript showing Aztec martial arts?Why is this?

i heard someone say that martial arts taught in the Armed Forces does not compare to what is being taught is a real martial arts school. true?

I have a friend who once told me of a website he visited that had a respected martial arts master of Thailand offering to teach multiple styles of martial arts to anybody who was willing to teach English in his country. He would feed and house you, and all you had to do was train and teach.

Has anybody ever heard anything about this?

I just want to learn martial arts (the real stuff, not tournament/flashy style), and hopefully at a reasonable price or as stated above, free.

I love to train myself in martial arts/physical adaption. I would like to join the airforce to earn a personal trainer’s certification and other degrees. Will I have time in a day to train myself for a few hours, do my job, and earn a degree?

I ran a six week martial arts course at a school which ended with the school term in July. They have not paid me and yet another two schools I have taught at paid very promptly, within a few days of the final class. as the money involved is not small – £300 – and I have been told the cheque has been signed off – but I still have not had it – plus the fact my emails and phone calls since have not been returned, I am not sure what to do in this situation. What would you do? Thank you.

I’m looking forward to attend Martial Arts classes but don’t know which one to choose. I’m looking for real street fighting martial arts and not fitness. I want the type of martial arts if someone actually attacked you. Real life situation like if someone hold a gun in front of you. Also which martial art teaches you self defense like dislocating, locking, grappling pressure points and throwing and knocking down your opponents. Please list all the martial arts that does that

If it is Shaolin Temple then if somebody will go there to learn,he will have to become ascetic like them?And he will have to accept Budhdhism for that period of learning?Also,Which martial arts is the best of all and which style they teach there in Shaolin Temple?
