What's the best way to use nunchukas for self defense?

If one had to pull some concealed nunchukas in self defense against a group of wanna be "gangstas", what would be the best way to use them?
Thanks but I was just asking out of curiousity. I carry guns so I wouldn’t pack nunchukas:)

What is a good martial arts camp for me?

I am thirteen, know no chinese and have never done martial arts. I am looking for a camp that would give me a big boost. I would like it to be out of the United States so I can learn their language. I’m not looking for a school that teaches a show martial art, I want an effective self defence martial art.

Which martial art allows the student to use it in self defence most quickly?

I’ve been taking judo for about a month now and I’ve come to notice that only really the brown belts and above are competant enough to use it effectively on resisting opponents. I am going to stick with it, and commit myself but it also made me wonder which martial arts are the quickest for teaching viable self defence.

I’m not necessarily saying which is the best for self defence, but which can be applied to self defence in the shortest frame of time.

Is it a legal requirement to ask each new martial arts student to pay for his or her own liability insurance?

I was looking to join a local martial arts class in my local area, but they keep expecting me to pay for my own liability insurance and martial association fee.
Surely the onus for insurance should be on the instructor running the classes, and ajust his/her prices to include this. Plus I do not wish to join a martial arts association, as I only wish to do this for fun.
