where can i find out more information about self defense and human rights in the state of Pennsylvania?

I am an disabled veteran. but unfortunately ive come into some problems recently and have only attempted to do the right thing. well the cops dident do anything and i may or may not be in danger, soo knowing this where can i find information (sound law) to justify any and all use of self defense i may have to use if i am attacked and or i become incarcerated as an result of this. the cops here dont do shit.

What is the best overall form of martial arts?

I’m going to take martial arts this summer, but i don’t know what to take. There’s karate, aikido, tae kwon do, jujitsu, and more.
Which is the most:
effective
strongest
great against multiple opponents
looks awesomesauce

If one type of martial arts doesn’t exactly fit all of them then give one for each.
Please don’t go "As my master once said there is no "best" form of martial arts"

In the UK is it illegal to use pepper spray as self defence on an intruder in your own home or property?
Just to clarify, the pepper spray would not be taken outside of the home, as in "carried" but would be used if someone came into the home and were attacking myself or family

What type of meditation do they use in martial arts?

I heard that channeling your energy through meditation, greatly increases your power/balance, and makes you a better fighter. I know the use meditation, and the energy stuff in combat like Systema Russian martial arts, and through various asian ones. What type of meditation do they use can anyone help please?
