Is It Right To Teach Crushing Testicles In Self Defense?

I work for a gym.
We teach self defense to females free of cost.
However, I have noticed over the last couple of years. We have gone from teaching kicks to the groin, to teaching graphic anatomically specific techniques for mutilating the male body.
We teach techniques that involve grabbing, and crushing testicles. Ending manhood for guys.
I wonder is this right?

What are the steps involved to be proficient in martial arts training?
What are the general things to do to prepare your body for such training? I don’t smoke, reasonably fit….I would be a beginner in most senses of the word, so I would start from the bottom.
